■What is a WALL WETTER?
A WALL WETTER is a simple but effective system to be utilized a heat transfer area in a tank.

In case of a batch evaporation there used to be a problem of decreasing of vaporization speed proportional to lowering the liquid level in a tank.  Our answer is the WALL WETTER.

The WALL WETTER is simply welling up liquid to the top of the heat transfer area on the wall or coils in the tank.   Then the heat transfer area could be fully utilized as long as the system would be working.   In case of a batch evaporation the process time could be reduced by half.

■APPLICATION

Wall Wetter for laboratory use

The capacity of the largest Wall Wetter system is 40 cubic meter.   To allow full use of the heating surface in a tank at any time during evaporation   Even 200L liquid in the tank could be spread onto the heating surface.   It is possible to shorten the evaporation time drastically.     

Example for a batch distillation
